Cranial Gua Sha uses a combination of meridian lines, acupressure points and stone Gua Sha tools to gently stimulate and massage the scalp, head, neck and sides of the face. Cranial Gua Sha is effective for releasing tension and strain, headaches, bruxism, tinnitus, sleep issues, lifting energy, clear and calm the mind, it can stimulate hair growth. It may support those with neurological issues, dizziness and can benefit the eyes and ears. No oil is required for this treatment and can be applied when unable to work the face. Cranial Gua Sha can be a lovely stand alone treatment or can be combined with Facial Gua Sha. It also complements Facial Reflexology and Indian Head massage. Cranial and facial GuaSha work beautifully when combined together or for the ultimate holistic relaxation treatment I'd recommend an Indian Head Massage, Facial Reflexology and Gua Sha package ( choose either facial or cranial).
