Service Description
A deeply restorative treatment combining reflexology with calming facial therapies, soothing facial tools, scalp massage, warm towels and aromatherapy to encourage deep relaxation and nervous system calming. Treatments may incorporate foot, facial and hand reflexology techniques depending on your preferences and individual needs, alongside supportive holistic therapies tailored intuitively throughout your session. Designed to soothe both body and mind, this slower paced treatment may help support stress, overwhelm, sleep difficulties, tension and emotional wellbeing while creating space to fully unwind and recharge. Longer appointments allow additional time for deeper relaxation and a more immersive therapeutic experience. Please allow a little additional time for first appointments and aftercare where required.
Cancellation Policy
While I appreciate that appointments may need to be cancelled, I reserve the right to charge £20 per missed appointment with less than 24 hours notice. I may also ask for payment in advance for any future sessions which is non refundable. The above policy does not apply to maternity clients who are preparing for labour. Thank you for your understanding.
