Service Description
A personalised therapeutic massage tailored to your individual needs using a blend of relaxation, deep tissue and remedial massage techniques where appropriate. Treatments are designed to help release muscular tension, calm the nervous system and support overall physical and emotional wellbeing. May incorporate occasional hot stone application, massage cupping, stretching techniques and supportive holistic therapies where appropriate. Treatments can be adapted to suit a range of needs including stress related tension, muscular discomfort, postural fatigue, emotional overwhelm, recovery support and general wellbeing. Suitable for those seeking anything from deep relaxation through to more focused therapeutic bodywork. Initial consultations are included within your appointment time where required. Please allow a little additional time for first appointments.
Cancellation Policy
While I appreciate that appointments may need to be cancelled, I reserve the right to charge £20 per missed appointment with less than 24 hours notice. I may also ask for payment in advance for any future sessions which is non refundable. The above policy does not apply to maternity clients who are preparing for labour. Thank you for your understanding.
