About Fiona

Fiona Campion is a qualified Aromatherapist, Reflexologist and Massage Therapist, and the founder of VOUS Therapies.

​

After a long and successful career working within FTSE 100 organisations, Fiona experienced first-hand how stress and modern life can affect both physical and emotional wellbeing. This led her to retrain in complementary therapies, combining a structured, professional approach with calm, supportive hands-on care.

​

Fiona works with clients who are feeling physically tense, emotionally overwhelmed, or in need of time to pause, reset and reconnect. Her treatments are carefully tailored to the individual, drawing on reflexology, massage, aromatherapy and gentle restorative techniques.

​

Professional Training & Qualifications

Fiona holds advanced qualifications in reflexology and massage, including the Centralia Reflexology Mastership Level 5 Diploma, achieved at Jubilee College, Leicester.

​

Her reflexology training was delivered with David Wayte, Principal of Jubilee College and an internationally recognised reflexologist. David was the first reflexologist in the UK to become a member of the Royal Society of Medicine and is widely respected for his contribution to reflexology education and professional standards.

​

Fiona’s training includes in-depth study of anatomy, physiology, pathology, contraindications and specialist reflexology and massage techniques, allowing treatments to be adapted safely and appropriately.

  • Fertility and Maternity Reflexology

  • Reflexology for Cancer Care and Palliative Support

  • Sports and Remedial Massage, including Dry Cupping

Facial & Specialist Training

Fiona has also undertaken advanced facial and specialist reflexology training with Ziggie Bergman, an award-winning reflexologist and educator recognised for her work in Facial Reflexology and the Zone Face Lift method, which is taught internationally.

​

This training continues to influence Fiona’s approach to facial and reflexology treatments, combining detailed anatomical knowledge with gentle, restorative techniques.

​

Aromatherapy & Essential Oil Formulation

Alongside reflexology and massage, Fiona is qualified in aromatherapy through the IFA Professional Essential Oils Therapy Diploma.

​

This advanced training focuses on the safe, professional and science informed use of essential oils, including essential oil chemistry, therapeutic properties, formulation, hydrolats, carrier oils, natural base ingredients, product safety, labelling and responsible sourcing.

​

Fiona has studied a wide range of essential oils, carrier oils and natural ingredients, allowing her to create carefully considered aromatherapy blends and wellbeing products for use within a professional complementary therapy setting.

Her aromatherapy work is thoughtful, individual and carefully tailored. Essential oils are selected with care, taking into account each client’s preferences, sensitivities, health history, emotional wellbeing and individual needs.

Aromatherapy may be integrated into treatments where appropriate, or used to create personalised blends and natural wellbeing products designed to support relaxation, emotional balance and a greater sense of calm.
