A warm welcome awaits you at VOUS Clinical Reflexology & Holistic Therapies.  Fiona Campion is a fully qualified Clinical Reflexologist with Centralia Reflexology Mastership (CRM) Level 5 which is the highest level of qualification in the UK for Reflexologists.

Reflexology is a holistic, non-invasive complementary therapy that is based on the principle that different points or reflexes on the feet, lower leg, hands and head to correspond to the internal organs and other structures of the body.

By stimulating these reflexes, reflexology can reduce stress, improve mood, aid sleep, release tension and help with relaxation bringing relief to a range of both acute and chronic conditions.

Reflexology can be enjoyed by people of all ages, from children through to the elderly.

Reflexology has been used for thousands of years as therapy for healing the mind and body.  It is incredibly calming and grounding and is particularly effective for clients who are in extreme distress.  It is almost impossible to be stressed whilst having a treatment and a good night’s sleep after a treatment is common.  Do not be misled by it’s gentle and calm approach, it can be extremely powerful and effective on a whole range of health issues.
