Lymphatic Drainage Massage

At VOUS, Lymphatic Drainage Massage is more than a clinical treatment. It is a deeply supportive, aromatherapeutic experience. Each session includes:

  • A bespoke blend of essential oils, carefully selected for both topical and emotional benefit

  • Therapeutic massage techniques designed to support lymphatic flow and encourage natural detoxification processes

  • A full initial consultation (an additional 30 minutes, provided at no extra charge) to personalise your treatment plan

Your bespoke essential oil blend works on two levels. It is absorbed through the skin to support the body physically, while the aroma is inhaled to engage the nervous system and encourage emotional balance.

Whether you are looking to reduce swelling, support recovery, enhance overall wellbeing, or simply relax deeply, Lymphatic Drainage Massage at VOUS offers a uniquely nurturing experience for both body and mind.

Gentle, Natural Support for Your Body's Healing Systems

Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a specialised, light touch therapy that works with your body’s lymphatic system to help reduce fluid retention, support natural detoxification processes, and encourage healthy circulation. It helps move lymph, a clear fluid rich in immune cells, through the body, easing stagnation, reducing feelings of heaviness, and supporting the body’s natural defence systems.

At VOUS, every session is enhanced with carefully selected essential oils and therapeutic carrier oils, blended uniquely for you. Whether you are recovering from surgery, experiencing stress and fatigue, or simply looking to support your overall wellbeing, each treatment is thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs.
