Service Description
A deeply relaxing reflexology treatment designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress and support balance and overall wellbeing. Treatments may incorporate foot, facial and hand reflexology techniques depending on your preferences and individual needs. Reflexology may help support sleep, mood, tension, hormonal wellbeing and relaxation, while encouraging the body’s own natural restorative processes. Treatments can also be adapted to support clients during periods of stress, hormonal change, fertility journeys, pregnancy, recovery and emotional overwhelm where appropriate. Longer appointments allow additional time for deeper relaxation and a more extended combination of reflexology approaches. Please allow a little additional time for first appointments and aftercare where required.
Cancellation Policy
While I appreciate that appointments may need to be cancelled, I reserve the right to charge £20 per missed appointment with less than 24 hours notice. I may also ask for payment in advance for any future sessions which is non refundable. The above policy does not apply to maternity clients who are preparing for labour. Thank you for your understanding.
